Awarded at Times Leadership Summit and Icon 2026 - Ludhiana
Muse Business Outreach has been recognized at the Times Leadership Summit & Icons 2026, organized by the Times of India Group, in the category of "Service Excellence in MSME Support and Solution Provider" for our contribution towards empowering MSMEs. ​Mr. Vikas Sarpal received this prestigious honor from His Excellency Shri Gulab Chand Kataria Ji, Hon'ble Governor of Punjab. This award stands as a true testament to our vision of delivering seamless, end-to-end enterprise solutions for the businesses we serve"Ludhiana 2.0: From Traditional Industry to a Technology-Driven Global Manufacturing & Export Hub" The topic examined the state's transformation into a globally competitive manufacturing and innovation hub. The panel comprised of Mr. Sahil Mahajan (Founder and CEO, Soft Built Solutions), Upkar Singh Ahuja (Chairman, New Swan Group), and Pankaj Kumar Jha (Joint Director, Ministry of MSME office, Ludhiana).
Exploring the Unexplored Opportunities for Business Expansion
Swadeshi Jagran Manch, Amritsar, organized an event on the theme of Exploring the Unexplored Opportunities for Business Expansion. Our team was invited for a guest lecture on branding, marketing, digital, and e-commerce platforms. Mr. Gaurav Gupta (Asst. Director - FIEO, Amritsar) was invited as a special guest to deliver a lecture on various export opportunities and schemes available for the entrepreneurs/industrialists.
Market Access, Branding & Business Promotion by SIDBI
The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has launched the Development of Industry Associations (DIA) Program to professionalize Industry Associations (IAs) and enable them to better serve their MSME members. The program provides structured institutional support across governance, credit access, skilling, technology adoption, market linkage, sustainability, and policy advocacy and aims to onboard more than 500 industry associations by 2028. Grant Thornton Bharat LLP has been given a mandate to implement this program across the country. I am happy to participate in the Learnshop on Institutional Strengthening of Industrial Associations, being organized under the aegis of SIDBI, with Grant Thornton Bharat serving as the project implementing agency for the SIDBI – Development of Industrial Associations (DIA) Program in Chandigarh on 3.7.2026. I am delighted to join as an expert panelist in Panel 4, themed “Market Access, Branding & Business Promotion." Muse Business Outreach, represented by Mr. Vikas Sarpal and Mr. Sahil Mahajan, did a session on the brief topics to help the MSME understand the basic module of e-commerce, digital marketing, and branding in whole to grow their business.
